Fresh details have emerged in the Dharwad doctor murder case, with relatives alleging that long-standing family disputes preceded the death of Dr. Kiran Honnannavar. According to family members, frequent arguments between Dr. Honnannavar and his wife, Dr. Priyanka, had created a tense atmosphere at home for years. They claimed he remained patient and rarely responded, hoping the situation would improve. A relative also alleged that Dr. Priyanka had once threatened him with a knife during an earlier argument. Neighbours described the couple as private about their personal issues and said ongoing conflicts ultimately led to a tragic outcome.
